Terms of Service

These terms apply to all photo galleries and image collections delivered by Modern Printing Studios (MPS).

1. Usage Rights

• You are granted personal use rights to the images in this gallery.

• This includes sharing on social media, printing, or saving to your devices.

• Commercial or promotional use (for businesses, brands, or paid marketing) requires written permission and may incur a licensing fee.

2. Downloads

• All high-resolution images can be downloaded directly from the gallery.

• You may download as many images as you'd like — there is no extra charge unless otherwise stated.

• A valid email address is required for download tracking purposes.

3. No Screenshots

• Please do not screenshot images. Screenshots reduce quality and may distort the image.

• Always use the official download button to get the full-quality version.

4. Editing & Filters

• We ask that you do not apply filters, crop, or alter the images in any way that changes the professional quality.

• If you'd like something adjusted (cropping, color edits, etc.), please reach out — we’re happy to help.

5. Credit & Tagging

• When sharing on social media, please tag or mention @ModernPrintingStudios (Instagram/Facebook).

• You are not required to credit us, but it’s always appreciated.

6. Image Hosting

• Your gallery will remain active for [30/60/90] days from the delivery date. After that, it may be archived or removed.

• Please download and back up all important images before the expiration date.

7. Copyright

• All images are protected under U.S. Copyright Law.

• Modern Printing Studios retains full copyright and ownership of all images unless a written release is provided.

8. Unauthorized Use

• Redistribution, resale, or use of the images in a commercial context without a proper license is strictly prohibited.

• Legal action may be taken for copyright violations.
